City of Refuge Children's Home

Steve and his wife spent five years in ministry to the inner city of Detroit before going to Kingston, Jamaica.

     In the 10 years that they have been in Jamaica, they have conducted tent crusades and open air meetings, and established a church in Kingston. Steve has preached in many city wide crusades with the Good News Crusades around Jamaica.

     Kim started a Women’s Aglow group in the Manor Park region of Jamaica which allowed her to reach many upper class women with the gospel. Their church’s Latin America Child Care school provides impoverished children with hot meals and a Christ-centered education. They also helped to establish Teen Challenge in Jamaica where Steve has served as chairman of the board.
