Our Leadership Team

After serving at Fair Haven as the youth & young adult pastor with his wife Tanisha, Pastor Thomas became the lead pastor in 2019. Pastor Tanisha is currently serving as the youth & young adult pastor.

Graduating from North Central University in Minneapolis, the Finley’s entered full-time ministry as youth pastors at a Minneapolis-area church, where they developed a healthy and strong youth ministry. Then in 2009, the Lord led the Finley's back to Michigan, where once again they pursued their passion - raising up a generation of God-fearing student leaders.

That passion has now matured into raising up strong God-fearing families, as they lead Fair Haven. They do this with dynamic, relevant, Bible-based teaching. The ability to be relatable and transparent sets them apart and allows them to connect with people on a deep level.

The Finley's reside in Detroit, MI. They have 6 beautiful children: Talya, Thomas IV, Teah, Tirzah, Trinity and Titus.
